Community Empowerment Services (CES) is seeking an experienced Supervising LICSW to join our interdisciplinary outpatient practice. This role combines direct clinical work with clinical supervision and leadership, supporting a team of Master’s-level and licensed clinicians. This is a full-time benefited position based out of our Taunton office.

Position Overview
The Supervising LICSW provides outpatient counseling to a diverse population while delivering ongoing clinical supervision to Master’s-level and licensed clinicians. The role supports clinical excellence, professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Clinicians actively collaborate with CES's interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes, clinician growth, and agency initiatives.
Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Outpatient psychotherapy with assigned clients
- Intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Evidence-based counseling interventions
- Timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, assessments, outcome measures)
- Care coordination and consultation
Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities
- Clinical supervision of Master’s-level clinicians pursuing licensure
- Supervision of licensed clinicians
- Documentation of supervisory activities
- Promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Positive engagement with CES interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Massachusetts LICSW (required)
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in supervision, mentorship, and clinical leadership
- Trauma-informed, culturally humble approach to treatment and supervision
- Excellent professional boundaries and self-care practices
- Commitment to professional growth and a supportive work environment
Compensation
- Estimated annual starting range: $90,000-$100,000 (depending on caseload and schedule)
- Typical caseload: 20-25 client sessions/week + 5-10 administrative supervision hours
- Stable 30-hour/week commitment; additional hours optional
- Start date flexible based on candidate availability
